As well as all the aesthetic, mechanical and applicative features of PLC33-A, PLC55-A has the added advantage of being able to offer twice the luminous power, when necessary.
In fact, PLC55-A has been fitted with a new model of very powerful LED (the k 2), thanks to which, compared to the other LED LINE models, it is able to ensure remarkable luminosity with decidedly limited energy consumption.
It has at its disposal a total of 12 K2 4.5W Blue LEDs, 24 K2 4.5W Green LEDs and 13 Luxeon 4.5W Red LEDs.
PLC55-A is therefore an extremely specific fixture, when it’s necessary to illuminate large walls or cover longer distances.
From the point of view of optics, it offers the same choice of interchangeable lenses as PLC33-A, which easily adapt to the various types of surfaces or objects to illuminate.
Its high power, silent operation and protection to IP55 make PLC55-A the ideal fixtures for lighting interiors (museums, art galleries, libraries, television studios, etc.) and above all for outdoor applications (architectural lighting in urban locations, monuments, buildings, etc.).
From the point of view of control, it allows a considerable variety of applications: Stand-alone, Master-Slave and DMX.
